This module provides an overview of the key agreements that guide water reform in Australia, and shows how these agreements are being implemented by the different jurisdictions. It outlines the roles of key agencies: The Council Australian Governments; the National Water Commission; and the state and territory governments. It provides a brief introduction to the laws and responsibilities of state governments in each of the three north jurisdictions.
